Eric Payne

Eric Payne has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Eric started their career in 2004 at McKesson, where they served as a Field Technical Services Technician and PC Depot Lead. During this time, they created software distribution packages and managed a team of six contractors. Eric then moved on to become a Windows Implementation and Engineering Engineer, where they led multiple projects with budgets of $500k or larger. Eric later became the Open Systems Implementation and Engineering Team Lead, managing 30 employees and contractors and handling customer escalations. In 2016, they became a Migrations Engineer, responsible for migrating virtual machines to a hyper-converged private cloud, resulting in significant cost savings for customers. Eric's most recent role is as the Lead Windows Engineer and Citrix Admin at Vistra Energy, which they started in 2018.
