John Munn

John Munn has extensive legal experience, serving as Chief Counsel at Express Energy since May 2017, Managing Counsel at Vistra Corp. since October 2016, and Chief Counsel at 4Change Energy since February 2014. Prior to these roles, John was Senior Counsel at TXU Energy from 2008 to October 2016 and Associate General Counsel at Qwest from 1998 to 2008. Early in the career, John held positions as Senior Associate at Cooper & Scully, P.C. from 1993 to 1998, Associate at Cowles & Thompson, P.C. from 1992 to 1993, and Associate at Jackson Walker LLP from 1991 to 1992. John Munn earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Baylor University School of Law between 1989 and 1991 and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance and Economics from Baylor University from 1985 to 1988.
