Jonathan Sneed is an experienced professional in contact center technology solutions, currently working as a Specialist at Vistra Corp. since July 2021. Prior to this role, Jonathan spent over thirteen years at TXU Energy, advancing from Analyst Training Program to Sr. Analyst in CXS Technology Solutions, where responsibilities included managing technology performance monitoring, leading significant projects such as routing redesign, and developing IVR forecasting.
