Kolt Sarver

Kolt Sarver has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Kolt served as the Vice President of Retail Technology at Vistra Corp from 2018 onwards and the Vice President of Business Technology at the same company from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of IT Governance & Strategy at Energy Future Holdings from 2014 to 2016. Before that, they held the position of Managing Director at HCL AXON in 2013, where they oversaw the delivery of a large SAP ISU/CRM Implementation Program. From 2002 to 2012, they worked at Black & Veatch as the Director of Program Delivery and Business Development, managing large programs and overseeing business development. Kolt started their career at Accenture in 1998 and quickly advanced to the role of Manager. During their time at Accenture, they gained experience in software design and development, policy and process development, and project management within the electricity industry. Kolt also worked as an Analyst at the University of Florida Industrial Assessment Center from 1996 to 1997.

Kolt Sarver holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & System Engineering from the University of Florida. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2019, Technology Leadership Development from The Feld Group Institute in 2017, and Master Class for Tech Executives - Value Through Transformation from Boston University in 2015.
