Patrick O'Shea has extensive work experience in customer acquisition, retention, and service operations. Patrick served as the Senior Director of Customer Acquisition and Retention at Vistra Corp. from October 2011 onwards. Additionally, they were a member of the Board of Directors at both PACE (Professional Association of Customer Engagement) from January 2013 to December 2018 and SOCAP International from October 2009 to December 2012. Prior to these roles, O'Shea held senior leadership positions at Comerica Bank, ViewPoint Bank, Monitronics International, AmeriCredit, and Wells Fargo.
Patrick O'Shea earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Arizona from 1982 to 1986. Patrick later completed a Master of Science degree in Management from Amberton University between 2008 and 2010. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University, a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University, and a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School.
