Randi Hodges

Randi Hodges, MBA, has extensive experience in customer operations and organizational change management, currently serving as Customer Operations Supervisor at Vistra Corp. since February 2019. Randi has progressively advanced through various roles at Vistra Corp., including Supervisor of Organizational Change Management and several analyst positions. Prior experience includes a role as Supply Chain Analyst at BroadJump, LLC, an internship as Partner Channel Intern at ReachLocal, and an IT Operations Internship at Greyhound Lines, Inc. Randi holds a Master of Business Administration from East Texas A&M University and a degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management with a focus on Project Management from the University of North Texas.
