Tricia Eusebio has extensive experience in human resources and compensation roles. Tricia has worked at Vistra Energy since 2018, where they started as the Director of Compensation and then became the Vice President of Human Resources Operations in 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Dynegy from 2014 to 2018, holding various positions including Director of Compensation, Compliance and Analytics. Before joining Dynegy, Tricia worked at KBR, Inc. as the Manager of Compensation and then as the Executive Compensation Principal Specialist. Tricia also has experience as a Business Office Manager and HR Manager at Lutheran Social Services of the South and as a Senior Manager of Employee Services at Continental Airlines. Tricia began their career as a Senior Auditor at KPMG Peat Marwick.
Tricia Eusebio earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of Arizona from 1987 to 1991. Tricia later pursued a Master of Science degree in International Management from Troy University from 1999 to 2000.
