Currently serving as the Global Director at VISTRA, Gabriel has held significant roles such as Senior Director of Customer Success at e2open and Global Head of Customer Success Strategy & Operations at Clarivate. Previously, Gabriel led strategic customer success initiatives at CPA Global and worked as a freelance Global Customer Success Leader. Gabriel holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University and a Professional Certificate in Customer Experience from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
