Jorien Kok has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jorien began their career in 2004 as an Occupational Therapist and Jobcoach at Mental Health Hospital Dijk en Duin, where they worked until 2007. Following this, Jorien worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Vitae from 2007 to 2008. Jorien then joined ATC Group (later renamed to Intertrust Group) in 2008 as an HR Advisor specializing in HR Project Management, where they stayed until 2014. In 2014, Jorien transitioned to VISTRA, initially serving as the Human Resources Manager for the Netherlands until 2016. From 2016 until 2020, they held the position of Global HR Team Lead, and in 2020, they were promoted to the Head of People and Culture at VISTRA.
Jorien Kok attended the Lean Six Sigma Company from 2013 to 2014, where they studied Project Management. Prior to this, from 2010 to 2011, they studied Human Resources Management at Avans Hogeschool Amsterdam. Jorien also holds a degree in Occupational Therapy from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, which they completed from 2000 to 2004. Their earlier education history is not specified.
