Prior to joining Vistra, Simon was the Deputy Group Managing Director at OIL - A Vistra Group Company. During their four years with the company, they were responsible for the development and growth of OIL's business in Europe, the Americas and the Middle East.

Simon is a graduate of the University of London and holds a Masters in Business Administration from INSEAD.
