Simon Webster

Simon Webster was appointed Chief Executive of Vistra in November 2022.

Before joining Vistra, Simon served as Group CEO of CPA Global, the world’s leading provider of intellectual property software, services, data and analytics for corporates and law firms. He is an experienced, global business leader who helped transform CPA from a single product, 250-person firm into the de facto intellectual property industry platform. That journey saw the development of a firm worth over $7 billion, generating over $350 million in EBITDA while also successful navigating three ownership changes.

As Group CEO since 2015, he led the acquisition and integration of the Korean Markpro and Innography information services businesses and the merger with IPAN/Delegate. In prior roles he has also led significant investment, offshoring and transformation programs across sales, product and support areas to deliver significant value creation with cultural and organizational change.

He is a chartered management accountant. He is a strong advocate of the importance of mental well-being, sleep, health, fitness and happiness in both professional and personal achievement.
