Vicki Parker

Vicki Parker is an experienced talent acquisition professional, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for VISTRA, overseeing operations in the UK, Ireland, Channel Islands, The Americas, EMEA, and the Middle East. Previous roles include Senior Recruitment Business Partner and Senior Recruitment Consultant, along with a partnership at Ezek Talent Management and a consultant position at Wrightson Wood. Vicki has also held leadership roles at AXA Life as Head of Marketing Services, Head of Sales Operations, and IS Business Manager. Vicki Parker holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Middlesex University, earned between 1982 and 1987, and attended Bridgnorth Endowed School from 1975 to 1982.
