Ben Weller

Ben Weller serves as the Head of Development at Vistry Group since August 2024, following a tenure as Senior Development Manager at Kier Group where Ben led a significant Joint Venture Estate Regeneration project in Leatherhead. Ben's career includes key roles at Lovell Partnerships Ltd, where accomplishments included leading Bid Teams and overseeing development initiatives in West Sussex, and at PRP LLP as Associate Director overseeing the Clapham Park Masterplan, the largest approved planning application in UK history. Additional experience includes various architectural positions at CallisonRTKL, PTW, Broadway Malyan, and initial roles as an Architectural Assistant. Ben Weller holds multiple qualifications in Architecture from esteemed institutions, including UCL and the University of Nottingham.
