Chris Pearce

Chris Pearce has extensive experience in the field of IT and technology. Chris currently serves as the Chief Information Officer at Vistry Group, a top FTSE volume housebuilder. In this role, they lead the IT technology and services function for the group's three core businesses, which includes traditional housebuilding, partnerships-led housebuilding, and timber frame manufacturing and logistics. Prior to their current position, Chris held various roles at Bovis Homes, including Group IT Director and Head of IT. Chris also had significant involvement in the development and implementation of business systems and infrastructure at Hardware, where they held positions such as Business Applications and Systems Development Manager, Group Head of Development, and IT Director. Chris started their career as a Web Developer at 3W Marketing Limited and later served as an IT Systems Manager at Progress Group PLC.

Chris Pearce earned a Master of Engineering degree in Computing from Swansea University between 2000 and 2004. Prior to that, they completed A-Levels at Cirencester College and obtained GCSEs from Kingshill School in Cirencester.
