Tim Bayes

Tim Bayes has extensive work experience in various IT managerial roles. Tim is currently the Head of Business Change at Vistry Group since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an IT Manager at Ontic BBA Aviation from June 2011 to December 2021, where they played a significant role in setting up IT systems and implementing Visual ERP. Tim also served as an IT Manager at HOMESAFE DOORS LIMITED from August 2007 to July 2011. Tim was the Systems Manager at Abercrombie & Kent from September 2006 to July 2007. Tim's career began at Wendland Roof Solutions in April 2000, where they started as an Account Manager and later became the Business Systems Manager. During their tenure, they established the IT department, implemented JD Edwards, and managed various ERP projects.

Tim Bayes attended Bournside School from 1985 to 1993, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. In 2020, they completed the Oxford Artificial Intelligence Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
