Harold Vass

Harold Vass has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Their most recent role is as the Director of Product at Visual Lease, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at SparkPost from 2019 to 2023, where they served as a Group Product Manager and a Technical Product Manager. In these roles, they developed product roadmaps, strategies, and prioritized innovations for email delivery platforms and cloud analytics platforms. Before SparkPost, Harold worked at Pillar Innovations from 2014 to 2019, first as a Product Engineer and later as a Product Manager. Harold managed IoT services and supported the development of industrial internet of things products. Harold also had a role as a Graduate Assistant at West Virginia University from 2013 to 2014, where they worked on student advisement and teaching. In addition, they co-founded METEOR Consulting in 2013, a consulting company focused on sustainable energy technology. Earlier in their career, Harold worked as a Customer Solutions Specialist at Fastenal in 2012 and as a Professional Snowboard Instructor at Winterplace Ski Resort from 2004 to 2011.

Harold Vass holds a Master's of Science Degree in Natural Resource Economics from West Virginia University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering at the same university from 2008 to 2013.
