Jason Aster

Jason Aster has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jason began their career as an Associate at Thacher Proffitt & Wood LLP in 2008, where they worked until 2009. In 2010, they joined Rosner Nocera & Ragone LLP as an Associate before transitioning to KBA Lease Services as a Senior Vice President & Counsel. At KBA Lease Services, they played a key role in pioneering strategic programs to reduce the overall cost of commercial leasing activity/ownership. In 2014, Jason joined the New York Chapter of CoreNet Global as an Advisory Board Member - Counsel, and in 2017, they became the Vice President of the chapter. Additionally, Jason served as a Chair and President of the CoreNet Global New York City Chapter in 2019 and 2018, respectively. Alongside their corporate roles, Jason also has experience as a VP/Board of Advisors at Visual Lease, a lease accounting and project management software company. Prior to their legal and real estate-focused roles, Jason worked as an Instructor/Tutor at TestMasters, where they taught LSAT methods and helped open new locations. Overall, Jason Aster has demonstrated expertise in legal, real estate, and leadership roles throughout their career.

Jason Aster received a B.A. degree in History and Sociology from the University of Virginia, where they attended from 2000 to 2004. Jason then pursued a J.D. degree in Law at the University of Virginia School of Law from 2005 to 2008.
