Talent Development Specialist at Visual Lease

Kelly Reilly, MPP has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. Kelly most recently worked at Visual Lease as a Talent Development Specialist, where they designed and facilitated the New Hire Onboarding Program and created Employee Resource Groups to promote diversity and inclusion. Prior to that, Kelly worked at iCIMS as a Senior Talent Development Coordinator, supporting the implementation of a new Learning Management System and managing training schedules. Kelly also spent several years at the United States Golf Association (USGA), where they served in various roles including Coordinator of Handicapping & Course Rating Administration and Administrative Assistant of Handicapping & Licensing Administration. In these roles, Kelly responded to inquiries, coordinated seminars, and managed databases. Earlier in their career, Kelly worked at the State of New Jersey as the Director of Operations, where they built relationships with elected officials and served as a liaison between the Assembly members and the public.

Kelly Reilly, MPP, holds a Master of Arts degree in Public Policy from Monmouth University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, with a focus on Public Relations and Journalism, also at Monmouth University, from 2006 to 2010.

In addition to their academic achievements, Kelly Reilly has pursued further certifications to enhance their professional skills. Kelly obtained the "Taking Flight with DISC Certification" from Take Flight Learning in January 2023. In August 2022, they completed the "Leading Leaders" certification offered by Training Industry, Inc. Furthermore, in May 2022, they obtained the "Emotional Intelligence 2.0" certification from the Society of Emotional Intelligence International.
