Cynthia Siewert

Cynthia Siewert is Director of Product Management and Customer Success. She came to Visual Workforce with more than 20 years of experience in product management, organizational change management, strategic planning, and IT and business transformation. Her most recent experience was as a consultant in the talent management and organizational change space where she worked with both large and small organizations to navigate the people side of change. She is passionate about helping customers maximize the value of the Visual Workforce platform. When not working (or hampered by a worldwide pandemic), you will find Cynthia exploring the Shenandoah Valley, listening to live music, or lounging on a patio with a craft beer.
