Drew Ross, PMP, has a wealth of experience in project management, beginning in 2007 with ESRI, where they managed Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software development and services deployment projects. Drew then moved to ZOLL in 2009 as a Senior Project Manager, PMP, where they deployed geospatially enabled solutions to Fire, Emergency Medical Services (EMS), and Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) customers nationwide. In 2011, they joined Apple as an Engineering Program Manager (iOS), PMP, providing agile program management support for geospatial database development efforts. Drew then moved to Ubisense in 2012 as a Senior Project Manager, PMP, leading cross-functional teams and directing project performance and plan development/execution. In 2014, they joined the Colorado Governor's Office of Information Technology as a Sr. IT Project Manager (Contractor), leading an initiative to develop software consolidation roadmap, compose Scopes of Work (SOWs), and conduct project planning. In 2015, they joined the Nevada Secretary of State as a Project Manager 4 (Contractor), executing all project phases in accordance with organization policies, contract requirements, and Project Management Institute (PMI) methodology. In 2019, they joined Akerna Corp. as a Senior Project Manager, Regulatory Services, providing project management oversight for regulatory services engagements with state governments. In 2020, they joined TEKsystems as a Project Manager, and in 2021 they joined both Insight Global and VisualVault as a Sr. Project Manager.
Drew Ross obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Colorado Boulder between 1986 and 1991. Drew then attended The George Washington University for Project Management. In December 2009, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
