Esther Cuno

Esther Cuno is VP of Human Resources for Visus Therapeutics. She has over 15 years of experience in global human resources spanning biotechnology, healthcare, and retail industries in nonprofit and for-profit sectors. Prior to joining Visus, Esther held leadership positions at Fairfax Behavioral Health, Nohla Therapeutics Inc., and Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and Seattle Cancer Care Alliance. Esther's work within human resources began when working at a recruiting agency and continued at retail giants, Starbucks and Safeway. Esther has a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and holds several certifications including Senior Professional in Human Resources, Global Professional in Human Resources, and Society for Human Resource Professionals (SHRM) Senior Certified Professional.
