Dr. Shweta Deotale

Dr. Shweta Deotale is a Research Associate at Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur since November 2021. Prior to this role, Dr. Deotale served as a PhD Research Scholar at IIFPT from August 2016 to December 2021, where the focus was on food process engineering. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy from the National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM), completed in April 2021, and a Master's Degree in Food Technology from Laxminarayan Institute of Technology, Nagpur, attained in 2015. Earlier education includes studies at PBVV Nagpur from 1997 to 2009, culminating in SSC and HSSC qualifications.
