Yolanda Goettsch

Yolanda Goettsch currently serves as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Vita Coco since July 2021. Previously, Yolanda held the position of Principal at Omnipax in 2021, specializing in capital markets, financial regulation, and ESG consulting. With extensive experience at Nasdaq, Inc. from June 2005 to December 2020, Yolanda occupied multiple roles, including Vice President & Deputy General Counsel, where responsibilities included oversight of the listing regulatory program and legal support for SEC reporting, financing transactions, and corporate governance. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Counsel at the US Securities and Exchange Commission, associate roles at WilmerHale and Fried Frank, and a Judicial Law Clerk position for Judge Robert B. Kugler in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Yolanda earned a Doctor of Law degree from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University.
