Simon Archambault

Simon Archambault has a background in engineering physics/applied physics, with a Master of Science degree in biomedical/medical engineering from Polytechnique Montréal. Simon has worked at VITA Detection as the Vice-président ingénierie since January 2023 and previously held the position of Scientific Director at VOTI Detection from March 2014 to October 2022. Simon's expertise includes designing and developing X-ray scanners, implementing image processing algorithms for threat detection and precious metal detection, as well as developing software tools for scanner installation and diagnostics.
