Dave Kowal

Dave Kowal has held various HR roles in different companies, including serving as the Chief People and Sustainability Officer at The Vita Group, Group HR Director, and HR Director - Asia at Morgan Advanced Materials. Dave also has experience in learning and development as the Head of Learning and Development at Raytheon UK. Before that, Dave worked at Fujitsu Services as an HR Graduate and HR Advisor in various roles. Dave has a Master's in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from The University of Manchester.
