Alejandro Small, MBA, OTR/L, LNHA has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Alejandro is currently serving as the Executive Director at Vita Healthcare Group since January 2022. Prior to this role, Alejandro held several positions at SAVA SENIORCARE, including Assistant Executive Director from July 2021 to December 2021, Administrator In Training from June 2020 to July 2021, and Director of Rehab for Sava Seniorcare Services from September 2017 to June 2020.

Before joining SAVA SENIORCARE, Alejandro worked as a Regional Manager at HealthPRO Rehabilitation from August 2016 to August 2017. Alejandro also served as the Director of Rehab for Sunrise senior Living at Bedford Court at Genesis Rehab Services from January 2015 to August 2016.

Alejandro obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Health Care Administration from the University of Scranton between 2009 and 2012. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1995, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Occupational Therapy from Loma Linda University, specializing in Occupational Therapy. Additionally, Alejandro attended Oakwood University from 1990 to 1992, where they studied Occupational Therapy/Therapist. In terms of additional certifications, they received a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Acuity Institute in October 2019, as well as a Design for Six Sigma certification from the same institution in April 2019.
