David Antoniuk

David Antoniuk has extensive experience in financial leadership and advisory roles, having served as Board Member at Vita Inclinata Technologies and as Advisor to the CEO at The Manitowoc Company, where David is also a retired executive. Previously, David held the positions of EVP & CFO at The Manitowoc Company, VP and CFO at Colorcon, Inc., and Vice President and Corporate Controller at Gardner Denver, Inc. Additionally, David was Vice President - Finance and CFO at Davis-Standard Corp. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Seton Hall University, earned between 1975 and 1979.
