Jim McGuire, CDT, currently serves as the Director of Technical Support & Education at VITA North America, where responsibilities include managing the technical department to enhance customer relationships and overseeing the educational curriculum for clinical and laboratory dental segments to ensure effective continuing education delivery. Prior to this role, Jim held the position of Technical Support Manager at Nobelbiocare from June 1998 to November 2004.
