Octavia obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Skin Photobiology & Public Health from The University of Manchester, completing their studies from 2017 to 2021. Prior to their PhD, Octavia pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Drug Discovery and Pharma Management at UCL from 2013 to 2014, specializing in Pharmaceutical Marketing and Management. Octavia also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Pharmacology, which they earned from The University of Manchester between 2010 and 2013, focusing on Life Sciences.

Going further back, Octavia completed their A-levels at Cronton Sixth Form College from 2008 to 2010. Octavia'sA-level subjects included Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, and Geography.

In addition to their formal education, Octavia has pursued various certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. In 2022, they obtained certifications in Health Technology Assessment: Choosing Which Treatments Get Funded from The University of Sheffield, Introduction to Health Psychology from Università degli Studi di Padova, and Measuring and Valuing Health also from The University of Sheffield. Octavia also achieved an Italian language certification at Level A2 from McGraw Hill in March 2022. Previously, in 2021, they completed a certification in Global Health Policy through Coursera and earned a Google Project Management Professional Certificate.

Octavia's interest in wine tasting led their to obtain a certification in Sensory Techniques for Wine Analysis from the University of California, Davis in January 2022. Additionally, they achieved an Italian language certification at Level A1 from McGraw Hill in May 2021.

Octavia has also obtained several certifications in specific areas of healthcare research and industry. Octavia completed an Introduction to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) e-learning course from the National Institute for Health Research in April 2018. In May 2015, they received a Good Clinical Practice certification from Epigeum. Furthermore, Octavia holds a Home Office License (Modules 1-4) obtained in April 2012.

Lastly, in their educational journey, Octavia successfully completed the Young Enterprise International Examination from the University of Cambridge in 2007.
