Sarah Sturton has extensive work experience in human resources and organizational development. Sarah is currently the Group Human Resources Director at Vitacress, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Nomad Foods, where they held various roles including HR Director (CoE) and I&D Lead, Organization Development Director and I&D Lead, Organization Development Director, and Human Resources Director for Birds Eye UK & Ireland and Nomad Foods Group Functions. Sarah was also a Board member of Birds Eye UK & Ireland and worked closely with the MD and Board colleagues to develop and execute business strategy.
