Katherine Mills has had a varied and successful career. Katherine began in 2013 as a Legal Assistant for Vicki Webb Law, PLLC, where they had the opportunity to work side by side with Ms. Webb and contribute to their success. In 2014, they moved to Old Downtown Business Center as an Administrative Receptionist. In 2015, they began working at Partners In Learning Programs as an Operations Manager. In this role, they oversaw daily operations and production of product, established time-saving operating processes, managed vendor relations, assisted with sales and upselling of product add-ons, increased product selection to service a wider consumer base, managed all accounting and bookkeeping responsibilities, handled client relations for over 150 school district and university program leaders, and developed strategies for rebranding and marketing. In 2017, they joined VitaCup, Inc. as Director of Operations and later, Operations Manager.

Katherine Mills obtained an Associate's Degree from Mitchell Community College.
