Hon. Bonheur Hiol is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance, risk management, and human resources across various sectors. As the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Compandben West Africa since 2011 and Founder of RATIO International Ltd since 2008, Bonheur Hiol has played a pivotal role in sourcing investment opportunities and liaising with government authorities in Cameroon. In addition to roles at the Supreme State Audit Office, Ministry of Finance, SG AFROSAI, and The World Bank, Bonheur Hiol has contributed significantly to public procurement, internal audit standards, and governance capacity building. An expert in cross-border insolvency and taxation, Bonheur Hiol has also participated in influential programs with international organizations such as the International Fiscal Association and the International Finance Corporation. Currently pursuing an Executive Master in International Relations at Swiss UMEF University, Bonheur Hiol continues to advance professional standards and practices in governance and business in the region.
