Alicia Gallenbeck, BSHCM

Alicia Gallenbeck has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alicia began their career in 2004 as an Assistant Manager at Sonic Drive-In, where they implemented policies and trained employees. Alicia later worked as a Customer Service Lead at Bargain Hunt, creating a positive shopping experience and providing on-the-job training.

In 2014, Alicia joined Ingram Content dba Perseus Distribution as a Customer Care Representative, handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints. Alicia then transitioned to Ashley Furniture Homestores as a Lead Guest Experience Representative, managing cash transactions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

From 2017 to 2022, Alicia worked at Coram CVS/specialty infusion services in various roles. As a Billing Representative, they performed insurance and billing duties and obtained prior authorizations. Alicia later became a Patient Admission Representative, coordinating with healthcare professionals and explaining policies to patients. Lastly, they served as a Quality Assurance Specialist, ensuring patient satisfaction and conducting inspections.

Most recently, beginning in 2022, Alicia joined Vital Care Infusion Services as a Medical Biller and is currently the Revenue Cycle Lead for billing.

Throughout their career, Alicia has demonstrated strong organizational and customer service skills, consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality deliverables.

Alicia Gallenbeck completed their education in a chronological manner. In 2016 and 2017, they attended Ultimate Medical Academy, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Medical Office Assistant/Specialist. From 2018 to 2021, Alicia attended Bellevue University and earned a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management. Additionally, in July 2022, they obtained a certification as an Administrative Assistant/Secretary from Alison.
