Mike Grover, PMP, MCP

Mike Grover, PMP, MCP has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. Mike started their career in 1993 as the Director of Software Development at MCS, where they established and maintained policies and procedures supporting ongoing development of the clinical software. Mike also created a new team to build an accounting package to complement the clinical software. In 1998, they began working as an Independent IT Consultant, VP Software Development, and CTO at Percipio Technology / Harvest Software, where they functioned as a technology executive and SDLC Master for organizations too small to warrant a full-time expert or who had a specific project requiring exceptional skill and attention. In 2001, they assumed the role of VP Software Development at Accu-Med Services, where they were a member of the executive steering team and responsible for the Add-On Health Systems product line of clinical and financial software for Long Term Care. In 2011, they began working as the VP Product Development and Software/IT at Fidelity National Commerce Velocity, where they managed software development staff, quality assurance staff, maintained a rolling 2 year technology roadmap, oversaw the SDLC process, managed IT infrastructure, managed Support and Deployment functions, administered key IT vendor relationships, and acted as a technical SME for the sales cycle. Finally, in 2016, they became the CTO at Vital Data Technology, LLC.

Mike Grover, PMP, MCP, graduated from the University of Redlands in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science in Management. In 2013, they obtained a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute and a Microsoft Certified Professional certification from Microsoft.
