Lmft Michele Heartsong

Michele Heartsong, LMFT, has extensive experience in mental health counseling and expressive arts therapy, currently serving as a Clinical Specialist at Vital Decisions (now Evolent) since December 2013, where counseling focuses on individuals and families facing advanced illness and end-of-life decisions. Previous roles include Expressive Arts Therapist at RWJBarnabas Behavioral Health Center, Child and Adolescent Therapist at Carlsbad Unified School District, and Bereavement Counselor at both Silverado Hospice San Diego and Hospice of the North Coast, providing grief support and therapy to diverse populations.
