Tiffany Shaw is a skilled Clinical Specialist currently with Evolent since March 2022, bringing over two decades of experience in the healthcare and social service sectors. Previously, Tiffany served as VP, Community Strategist/Consultant at Shaw Consulting L.L.C. from July 2012 to April 2022, where leadership in cross-functional partnerships significantly advanced recruiting and diversity initiatives. With a background as Operations Manager for Boys & Girls Village, Tiffany successfully launched an Electronic Health System, enhancing client services and increasing revenue. Tiffany has also held positions as Clinical Team Manager, Team Lead Manager at Casey Family Programs, and Program Manager at Ability Beyond, contributing to impactful service delivery and program development. Tiffany holds a Post Master’s Certificate in Clinical Issues in Adoption and Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Social Work from the University of Connecticut and Western Connecticut State University, respectively.
