Jessica Rosenthal

Jessica Rosenthal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training and instructional design. Currently serving as the Lead Technology Training Specialist at Vital Edge Solutions, Inc, Jessica has taken on the role of acting Scrum Master for the Training and Development team on the SBA's UCMS deliverable project. Previous roles include Training Manager for Howard County Government, Product Trainer at Upland Software, and Training Specialist at Dryers Ice Cream, among others. Jessica's educational background includes a Master's Level Certificate in Instructional Design from Marymount University, and multiple bachelor's degrees in Applied Science and Photography from Northeastern University, as well as an Associate of Arts in Photography from The Art Institutes.
