Jon Woan

Jon Woan currently works as the Group IT Manager at Vital Energi Utilities Limited. Prior to this, they worked at BT Global Services from September 2007 to December 2010. There, they held the title of Messaging & Collaboration / Technical Team. In this role, they provided support for a wide range of collaboration applications for FirstGroup, IBM’s 7th largest UK customer. This included centralised account creation and configuration, as well as new starter & leaver processes. Jon also provided 2/3rd line support to the service desk and field engineers.

Jon Woan attended Runshaw College, where they studied BTEC National IT. Jon then attended Balshaws High School.
