Adrian Laster is a seasoned professional in the oilfield services industry with extensive experience in flowback and production operations management. Currently serving as the Strategic Operations Support team lead at Vital Energy since July 2023, Adrian oversees field personnel and addresses operational challenges across the Delaware and Midland Basins. As the owner of Custom Flow Solution Services since November 2011, Adrian specializes in managing flowback operations across multiple oilfield basins, including Haynesville, Eagleford, Barnett, Marcellus, Permian, and Delaware.
