Kevin Trempe

Kevin Trempe has had a diverse range of experiences in the legal field. Kevin is currently working as the Senior Director of Legal and Deputy Corporate Secretary at Vital Farms since November 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Legal, Corporate Securities and Compliance at the same company from November 2021 to November 2022. Before joining Vital Farms, Kevin worked at Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP, where they started as an Associate in February 2015 and eventually became a Partner in January 2021. Kevin also gained valuable experience as an Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton from 2013 to 2015. Kevin began their legal career as a Summer Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton in 2012. In addition, they served as a Judicial Extern for Judge Gregory L. Frost at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio in 2011.

Kevin Trempe received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Politics from Washington and Lee University in 2010. Kevin then went on to earn a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School in 2013.
