Roderick McCray

Roderick McCray has extensive experience in welding and inspection, currently serving as a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) at Vital Link, Inc. since October 2019. Prior roles include CWI positions at a third-party inspection company, B&E Resources, Ltd, and various positions at METFAB, INC., where Roderick held the title of CWI Quality Manager. Roderick has experience as a combo welder at HP Piping and has also worked as a welder at Oceaneering and SpaceX, demonstrating skills in various welding processes including FCAW and GTAW. Roderick began a career in welding with a focus on fabrication and fitting at Enerflex Ltd. and has leadership experience as a Lead Man at Thomas and Betts. Educational background includes training at Birring NDE Center, Inc. and attendance at Lamar Institute of Technology, along with a high school diploma from Cleveland High School.
