Spencer Merrell

Spencer Merrell has a diverse range of work experience in various sales and operations roles. Their most recent position is the Senior Vice President of Operations at Vital Records Control, where they oversee the VitalScan division. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal Consultant at Elite Sales Ops, LLC, where they partnered with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service teams to help execute growth strategies. Spencer also served as the Head of Sales Operations at Rubicon Global, a company focused on disrupting the waste and recycling industry. Before that, they were a Senior Consultant at SBI | Sales Benchmark Index, where they worked closely with B2B leadership to accelerate their company's growth rate. Spencer also has experience as an Operations Director at Iron Mountain (formerly Recall), where they led the transformation of the Digital Solutions division, and as a Senior Manager of Sales Operations at Recall Corporation, where they significantly improved sales rep productivity and customer experience. Spencer Merrell holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a double major in Economics and Mathematics from Vanderbilt University.
