Daliah Heller

Daliah Heller, Vice President at Vital Strategies and Director at NYU School of Global Public Health, has extensive experience in public health strategies focusing on drug use, criminal justice, and structural-social vulnerability. With a background in academia and public service, Daliah has held key roles in organizations such as CUNY Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy, New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, and CitiWide Harm Reduction. Heller holds a PhD in Social Welfare from CUNY Graduate Center and has a strong foundation in public health and social sciences.
