Brooke Partridge

Brooke Partridge is the Founder, Board Member, and CEO of Vital Wave. Brooke has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on developing and commercializing technology solutions designed for emerging markets.

Partridge started their career at HP in 1996 as the Director of Emerging Market Solutions. In this role, they developed and launched a new product category for HP within 10 months, achieved highly competitive pricing while surpassing HP's normal profit margin, and generated global PR for HP as a leader in emerging market business.

In 2005, Partridge left HP to join Stanford University as a Lecturer in the Department of Spanish and Portuguese. Brooke taught courses on business Spanish and Latin American culture and literature.

In 2007, Partridge founded Vital Wave, a consulting firm that helps companies expand their businesses into new markets. Vital Wave has worked with clients such as Microsoft, Visa, and Coca-Cola. The company has been recognized by Forbes, The Economist, and The Wall Street Journal for its work in helping companies succeed in emerging markets.

Brooke Partridge has a Masters in International Affairs and Management from UC San Diego, as well as an Executive Training Program in Finance for Executives from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Brooke also has an Executive Training Program in Negotiation Skills for Managers from the Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. In addition, they have an Intensive Study Program in Technology and Industrial Policy in Latin America from the United Nations, Santiago Chile. Finally, they have a B.S. in Economics and International Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
