Jennifer L. Potts, MPH, serves as a Senior Consultant at Vital Wave Consulting, bringing extensive experience in maternal and newborn health initiatives. Previously, Jennifer held the role of Director for the Maternal-newborn mHealth Initiative at The mHealth Alliance, where entrepreneurial development focused on utilizing mobile technologies for health systems decision-making. At Columbia University, Jennifer contributed as Deputy Director for the Averting Maternal Death and Disability Program, leading efforts in Emergency Obstetric and Newborn Care and fostering multi-sector global partnerships. During a long tenure at Ipas, Jennifer held various leadership positions, including Director for the Africa Region, where efforts centered on increasing safe abortion access and reducing maternal mortality through strategic development and training initiatives.
