Amy Hutch has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Amy started their career as a Sales Representative at Youngs Market Company from 1998 to 2000. Amy then worked as an Assistant Director of Admissions at the Art Institute of Charlotte from 2001 to 2003, followed by a role as an Admissions Representative at Kaplan from 2003 to 2004.

Amy transitioned into the healthcare industry and joined United Blood Services in 2004. Amy held various roles during their time there, including Director of Donor Recruitment, Director of Regional Center Operations, and District Director of Donor Services. In these positions, they were responsible for managing teams, achieving collection goals, and overseeing operations.

In 2014, Amy joined BioCARE as a National Accounts Manager, where they exceeded the annual revenue target in their first year and managed key corporate accounts. Amy then moved to Vitalant in 2016, starting as a Director of Functional Integration before being promoted to Vice President of Inventory Management and Hospital Services in 2017. In this role, they lead a large team and is responsible for overseeing logistics, inventory management, production planning, and customer experience.

Throughout their career, Amy has demonstrated strong leadership skills, the ability to manage teams, and a track record of achieving results.

Amy Hutch attended the Thunderbird School of Global Management from 2008 to 2009, where they earned a Global MBA degree. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1996, they studied at the University of Arizona and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science.

In addition to their formal education, Amy has obtained several certifications. Amy became a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner in January 2023, completed the Business Process Design for Strategic Management program at the MIT Sloan School of Management in October 2022, and received a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in July 2022.

Furthermore, Amy obtained a Certified Professional Behavior Analyst (DISC) certification from TTI Success Insights in November 2012 and became a Human Capital Strategist certified by the Human Capital Institute in the same month and year. Amy also holds the Certified Coach designation from the Coach Training Alliance.
