Cassandra Husfeldt, CPTM, has a diverse work experience in training and management roles. Cassandra started their career in 2006 as a Regional Trainer and Shift Lead at Taco Bell, where they were responsible for inventory management, employee performance monitoring, and supporting senior management.

In 2012, Cassandra joined Vitalant as a Donor Care Supervisor, where they performed equipment validation, conducted training sessions, and managed a team of phlebotomists and mobile supervisors. Cassandra held this position until 2018, gaining experience in staff management and compliance.

Cassandra then transitioned to the role of Supervisor, Resource Development (Training) at Vitalant, where they managed the division training department, performed deviation management and quality assurance, and led project workflows between different departments. Cassandra held this position until 2020.

From 2020 to 2022, Cassandra worked as the Manager, Donor Recruitment Training at Vitalant. In this role, they ensured compliance for marketing and donor recruitment processes, collaborated with instructional designers to create effective training materials, and worked on software implementations with various teams.

In their most recent role, Cassandra is the National Donor Care Training Manager at Vitalant. Cassandra is responsible for shaping the donor care learning curriculum for the organization, managing a training portfolio of phlebotomists across different locations, and developing training materials to meet learner needs.

In addition to their degree, they have also acquired various certifications over the years. In 2017, they earned a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) certification from Vitalant. In 2020, they obtained an ITIL Foundation Level certification from Simplilearn. Furthermore, in 2021, they achieved a Certified Professional in Training Management certification from Training Industry, Inc. and a Sales Management certification from HubSpot.
