Jaime Estrada

Jaime Estrada has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Jaime started their career at Vitalant in 2003 as an Operations Supervisor and worked in this role until 2007. Jaime then joined LifeShare Blood Centers as a Donor Services Operations Manager, where they oversaw central and satellite operations and managed inventory, training, and performance accountability.

In 2011, Jaime returned to Vitalant as the Manager of Training and Process Improvement. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing training programs, developing performance management systems, and implementing various improvement methodologies such as LEAN and 6-sigma. Jaime also authored policies and procedures and coordinated with cross-functional teams.

Jaime's next position at Vitalant was as the Director of Operational Excellence (Regional) in 2015. In this role, they were responsible for strategic planning and deployment, merger integration, and alignment of key performance indicators. Jaime oversaw the implementation of problem-solving models and goal acquisition strategies across the organization, from frontline to senior leadership.

Jaime's most recent position at Vitalant is the Business Improvement Manager (Enterprise), which they started in September 2020. In this role, they continue to work on strategic planning and deployment, senior leadership accountability, and cultural development.
