Kat Nokes has extensive work experience in various roles. In 2018, they worked as a Senior Account Manager at Vitalant and a Donor Recruitment at United Blood Services. Prior to that, they were a SMERF Sales Coordinator at Holiday Inn and Suites from 2017 to 2018. From 2014 to 2016, they served as a Special Event Coordinator at The Clubs of Kingwood, and from 2012 to 2014, they worked in Marketing and Events at Ouisie's Table.

Kat Nokes attended Cruger-Tchula Academy from 1995 to 1999. Kat then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Culinary Arts and Related Services from Mississippi University for Women, completing their studies from 2000 to 2004.
