Kim Townsend has a strong background in client account management and sales in the blood donation industry. Kim started their career in 2002 as a Sales & Donor Recruitment Representative at the American Red Cross, where they quickly advanced to become a Senior Sales & Donor Recruitment Representative. In this role, Kim developed and implemented successful strategies to recruit and manage sponsor organizations, achieving established blood collection goals for the largest territory in the region.
